A premier Indian government organization, playing a pivotal role in the National Supercomputing Mission (NSM), embarked on establishing a state-of-the-art data center at its Bangalore facility. This project was designed to deliver high availability, reliability, and energy efficiency, ensuring robust support for critical computing infrastructure. The data center was developed on a turn-key basis, encompassing civil works, electrical systems, HVAC, IBMS, and advanced security systems.
The institution required a comprehensive data center to support an IT load of 160 kW, leveraging cutting-edge cooling technologies such as Adiabatic Dry Cooling and direct liquid contact cooling. Designed for operational efficiency, the infrastructure features redundancies across power, cooling, and security systems. The data center’s setup spans multiple levels, with server rooms on the second floor, UPS systems on the ground floor, and dry coolers on the terrace.
