Design and Civil/Interior Work
  • Construction of fire-rated walls, doors, and partition systems, adhering to stringent data center compliance standards.
  • Installation of raised and false flooring in designated areas like server rooms, UPS rooms, and battery rooms for optimized infrastructure layout.
Electrical Systems
  • Delivery, installation, and testing of critical components such as LT panels, PDUs to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
  • Integration of overhead busbar systems, perforated cable trays, and an advanced earthing system for operational safety and efficiency.
HVAC Systems
  • Deployment of high-efficiency Plate Heat Exchangers and precision air conditioning (PAC) units to maintain optimal temperature and humidity for IT equipment.
  • Implementation of RDHX cooling solutions to enhance energy efficiency.
Integrated Building Management System (IBMS):
  • Installation of a comprehensive IBMS for monitoring and safeguarding critical operations, including:
